Parents and families are a young child’s first teachers. They have the most important job, and arguably the most difficult, of shaping the lives and future of their children.
To make the job a little easier – and to empower parents as advocates for their children’s future – Ready to Learn Providence invests heavily in programs for parents. Some of these are designed for parents alone while others are for parents and their children. Many of these opportunities are developed and offered with our partners, such as the Providence Public Library and the Providence Public School Department.
